The arbitration shall take place in Delaware, and the arbitrator’s decision shall be final and binding.

The invalid or unenforceable provision shall be replaced by a valid and enforceable provision that closely reflects the intent of the original provision.

10.1 Entire Agreement: This Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and Push Platforms Inc. regarding your use of the Service and supersedes any prior agreements or understandings, whether written or oral.
